Chimichurri Sauce

Love & Lemons Chimchurri

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2-3 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Preparation

  • Blitz it all together in a food processor
